Chief Executive Officer

GlobalWide Media is led by Farshad Fardad, Chief Executive Officer. An entrepreneur with a history of achievements, he has been involved in the internet space since the late 1990's as an entrepreneur, investor, and executive. Prior to GlobalWide Media, Mr. Fardad co-founded Hi-Speed Media, a digital media company and served as its President until December 2003 when it was acquired by ValueClick. He entered the technology space from the financial services industry where he served as Vice President for Bank of America. Mr. Fardad is a graduate of the The University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Program.

Lee Lipman

Chief Financial Officer

As GlobalWide Media's Chief Financial Officer, Lee Lipman brings a distinctive blend of experience in the digital, technology and entertainment sectors. Leveraging more than 15 years of expertise, Lee leads all financial, corporate planning and accounting functions for the organization. Lee has worked with publicly traded dominant industry leaders, ValueClick and Ticketmaster Entertainment as well as privately held digital marketer Vantage Media and video game developer Codemasters. Lee is a certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Patrick Finn, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for GlobalWide Media, has been responsible for overseeing the company's list management and cost-per-click (CPC) divisions since 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Patrick brings a creative approach to problem solving and trend adaption to the ever-changing digital industry. Prior to joining GlobalWide, Patrick held executive roles at SpeedyClick.com, Hi-Speed Media and ValueClick. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Boston College.

Kimberly Grant

Vice President of Global Human Resources

As GlobalWide Media's Vice President of Global Human Resources, Kimberly Grant brings over 10 years of experience in global human resources, payroll and operations with more than seven years of experience in the online media space. In her current role at GlobalWide Media, Kimberly manages all domestic and international human resource and payroll functions. She oversees the development of GlobalWide Media's innovative culture as well as the expansion of the company's overall workforce. Prior to her leadership role at GlobalWide Media, Kimberly held positions at Evolve Media, Vantage Media and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in interaction and group relations from California State University, Long Beach.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Media Strategy, Bjorn Hougaard leads GlobalWide Media's daily activity and growth. A native of Denmark, Bjorn has nearly 20 years of experience in driving international development for mobile and digital companies and is currently furthering the expansion for GlobalWide Media's activities in Europe.

Vice President of Legal & Compliance

As GlobalWide Media's legal advisor and Vice President of Legal & Compliance, Justyna Jakeman negotiates and structures client transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Justyna is a driven and committed lawyer with a mission to facilitate valuable transactions. She has experience in a variety of corporate commercial transactions and is a member of the British Columbia Bar.

Doug Turner, Vice President of Technology, manages the creation and monetization of all strategic digital properties. Met with a keen eye for design and an in-depth knowledge of programming languages, Mr. Turner has a proven track record for building and enhancing successful online destinations for many of the world's top brands. He brings over 15 years of experience with such companies as Experian, Time Warner, AOL, Remax, Budweiser, and Dun & Bradstreet.
